About

MeWelcome to my website, which is in no way affiliated with any of my employers. Views expressed herein are my own.

I currently work as an English lecturer at the Dep. of Applied Linguistics of the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (Spain), where I teach Advanced English for Industrial Engineers at ETSII. I also teach general language courses at Centro de Lenguas (UPV), whenever needed. I also work freelance. I collaborate as an online tutor for the “English Online” courses offered by eFormación – Generalitat Valenciana. I worked as a Fulbright Spanish lecturer at Wheaton College (MA, USA) and as a Spanish lecturer at Guildford High School (Surrey, UK). I have also taught other courses at the Universidad de Valencia and at language schools, such as Inlingua and Babylon Idiomas, etc.

My main research interests (articles, book chapters, conferences and lectures, etc.) are on blogging,  EFL and blogs, web 2.0 and 3.0, social networks, and the meaningful implementation of such ICTs in language learning, English teaching -EFL, ELT-, ELE. I’m also interested in teacher training and knowledge management. I have 2 other blogs, specifically for students of English: EFL for Beginners and Objective: First Certificate.
